Consilier HR – perioada determinata

Cerinte si responsabilitati:

  • Experienta mai mare de 3 ani in gestiunea administrativa a personalului
  • In cadrul echipei de aprox 15 persoane care se ocupa de Gestiunea Administrativa a personalului:
  • Efectuarea lucrarilor corespunzatoare inaintea platii : ore suplimentare, zile lucrate, zile de recuperare, persoanele de serviciu/mentenanta permanenta si declaratiile interventiilor efectuate in acest timp, prime, ICD – Indemnizatii Compensatorii pentru deplasari (control, calcul, inregistrare)
  • Inregistrarea mutarii salariatilor si gestionarea contului lor de mobilitate : mutari / detasari si alte procese de gestiune individuala ( schimbarea codului de regim, schimbarea nivelului salarial si/sau revizii salariale)
  • Administrarea absentelor (maternitate, concediu sabatic, concediu pentru crearea intreprinderii, dosarele invalizilor, concedii/RTT, concediu medical, oprirea lucrului (greva), extensii, autorizarea absentelor…)
  • Administrarea dosarului salariatului (optiune restaurant, date personale ale salariatilor, examene bancare)
  • Administrarea campaniilor curente ( investirea CET, certficatele pentru scoala, alocatie copii, RTT negative, datele personale ale salariatilor, transport)
  • Realizarea campaniei  “auxiliari pentru concedii/vacante” : centralizarea nevoilor entitatilor, strangerea/recensamantul candidaturilor, selectarea candidatilor si stabilirea contractelor
  • Administrarea operatiunilor administrative care necesita o puternica abilitate tehnica, legata de actele complexe de administrare (invaliditate)
  • Administrarea recrutarilor temporare/ocazionale : controlul facturarii lunare, deschiderea litigiului si urmarirea facturii eronate, plata facturilor
  • Inregistrarea datelor referitoare la ansamblul operatiunilor de gestiune administrativa in Sistemul Informatic RH
  • Asigurarea unei supravegheri permanente asupra gestiunii administrative a personalului
  • Asigurarea raspunsurilor la intrebarile clientilor, escaladate de consilierii Filierelor RH si asigurarea asistentei si sfaturilor necesare domeniului de activitate RH : atestari/certificari, credit de locuinta 1%, duplicat/copie dupa fluturasul de salariu…
  • Asistarea, informarea si consilierea actorilor RH din SGPM, ierarhiilor si colaboratorilor din serviciile centrale in domeniul regulilor si procedurilor RH

Aceasta pozitie este pe o perioada determinata de 1 an cu posibilitatea de prelungire in functie de performante.

  • French: advanced(B2-C1);
  • Key replacement for senior team member ;
  • Is ensuring production operations on Workforce Admin/low profiles Recruitment/Training on several Swiss entities and if case, Contact Center activities – as back up;
  • Contributes to the possible projects regarding process enhancement;

Recruitment Specialist – ING Asigurari de Viata

Key responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection:

  • Sets up the candidates’ profiles
  • Identifies and contacts adequate recruitment sources for the candidate’s profile
  • Sorts and selects the CV’s
  • Runs the interviews with the candidates
  • Offers feedback about the selected candidates and gives recommendations, by completing the Interview Record Note
  • Runs administrative activities associated to R&S process (runs the interviews, books the meeting room, and informs other departments involved in the process)
  • Presents the hiring offer to the selected candidate
  • Uses different methods: interviews, psychological tests, assessment & development centre for identifying the candidates’ potential (also for running development programs within the company)

Internship program:

  • Promotes the Internship Program within the company
  • Updates & Redesigns (when necessary) the Internship Program
  • Identifies the internship needs within the company
  • Runs the recruitment & selection process
  • Monitors the intern’s activity
  • Gets intern’s feedback at the end of the program
  • Runs reports for internship activity

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in recruiting different profiles
  • University degree ( preferable Psychology)
  • Will be a plus: certifications in psychometric recruitment tools
  • PC skills – advanced (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
  • English – Advanced Level (both oral & written)
  • Client orientation, people oriented, planning and organizing

HR GBS Specialist Data Analytics – Flextronics Timisoara

Descrierea jobului:

  • Furnizeaza consiliere si suport pentru procesele de business externalizate si servicii de Global Business Center HR;
  • Colaboreaza cu departamentele HR, Reporting de la nivel regional si global si cu furnizorii sistemelor HR;
  • Rezolva solicitarile clientilor interni in conformitate cu procedurile stabilite si Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
  • Configureaza rapoarte noi si le actualizeaza pe cele existente pentru a satisface cerintele utilizatorilor finali;
